Owners Nancy Alfaro and Chip Hellus welcome you to the Outer Limits Health Club; the area's community minded health center.

Our facility offers a full compliment of exercise equipment, both free weights and machines along with a large variety of cardiovascular equipment (Concept II rowers, ellipticals, treadmills, stair climbers, recumbent and upright bikes). Along with the main weight room and cardio area — the "Women's Only" weight and cardio room is popular with those ladies preferring a more modest atmosphere.
