A BOSS at High Wycombe Rugby Union Football Club says his players’ health is being put at risk by people who let their dogs foul on the pitches at Kingsmead Recreation Ground. The vice chairman of the club’s youth section, Glenn Gavin, says the problem poses a serious health risk and that training sessions are regularly being disrupted by the unsanitary conditions.
