Health Care Snowe Push Finance Committee on Small Business

Health Care In advance of tomorrow’s Finance Committee hearing on small business health care solutions, today Senators John Kerry Health Care and Olympia J. Snowe, Chairman and Ranking Member of the Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship,Health Care sent a letter to the leaders of the Finance Committee outlining the principles which should guide tax-based small business health care legislation.

Kerry and Snowe, both senior Members of the Finance Committee, held the 110th Congress’ first hearing on addressing the health care crisis for small business owners, their employees and the self-employed Health Care.

We are at a pivotal juncture on this issue, and we must forge the political will in the months ahead to take action to provide relief from skyrocketing health insurance premiums while increasing access for small businesses to affordable health insurance Health Care.
