Health And Beauty Marula And Baobab To Increase

AS food and drink manufacturers look for new ways to enhance products and appeal to increasingly health-conscious consumers,Health And Beauty analysts at the British-based Innova Database say that flavours and health extracts from Africa such as baobab and marula will be increasingly used as ingredients in food and drink products in the near future.

Ingredients expected to move from Africa into the international food and beverage market include marula used in the popular Amarula Cream liqueur and believed to have certain health and beauty benefits.

Annan calls for green revolution FORMER UN chief Kofi Annan called for a "green revolution" involving alliances between African governments and farmers to alleviate hunger in the world's poorest continent Health And Beauty.

"We are aiming at a green revolution to treble food security in five years," Annan,Health And Beauty who launched the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA) earlier this year,Health And Beauty told a news conference on the sidelines of the EU-Africa summit in Lisbon, which ended last week.
