New Years Resolutions Health

Sorry it has been a few days since I have posted last, I made my way back to Victoria, so traveling gets a little long and frustrating.

As I promised, here are my new years resolutions for health and blog. I don’t have to many so they should be easy to follow. I will keep you all posted on how the resolutions unfold and how I am doing with them.

Health, Fitness & Weight Loss Resolution

Drink More Water - My plan is to slowly increase my water intake through out the year. I tend to drink a lot of liquids within the day, but unfortunately barley any of that is water. I plan to start off with at least 3 full glasses of water per day and each week adding a glass or more. It will all depend on how quickly my bladder accepts all this extra water! I will also keep posting about what effects the water is having on me, good and/or bad.

New Activities - I want to try out some new, fun activities through out the year. Going snowboarding at the start of this week really got me excited to start trying other sports or activities and seeing how I like them. I really like variety and I can’t wait too see where it leads me! Like the water resolution I will make posts and having pictures of the new stuff I try. Should be FUN!

Overall Blog Resolution

More Posts - I want to keep the post frequency up to at least one post per day. I feel this will create great material for all you readers and it will keep me coming up with new and sweet post ideas.

Guest Writers & Articles - I will be trying to get different guest writers to write quality, different posts for you readers, it’s always nice to have a variety of stuff to read and enjoy! I will also be getting some writers to write some short articles to add even more useful content to the site. Make sure and either send me emails or add some comments on particular areas you would like to see covered in the new posts!

Reviews - I am going to be making a product and website review page. This will consist of useful and honest reviews of popular products and equipment as well as health and fitness related websites. It will be a great resource for readers to check out and see what’s out there and how it’s rated!

Product Discounts Specials - I am currently working on talking with different companies to see if they will give all fitlifeplus.com discounts on particular products and service Health. I am not sure yet if they will be monthly specials or any time specials but this will be really cool if I can get you all some discounts on popular products and services.

Well that is about is for my new years resolutions. As for the blog side I hope to have a bunch more accomplished by the years end Health. I will be sure to keep you all posted on how my health resolutions are going and please make sure to comment or send me emails as to what you would like to see covered on the blog in 2008.
